Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing digital marketing campaigns, tracking key performance metrics, and providing insights to improve marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in data analytics, SEO, PPC, social media, and conversion optimization to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to improve organic rankings.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Paid Advertising (PPC) & Campaign Management:
- Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Track ad performance, budget allocation, and return on investment (ROI).
- Perform A/B testing and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.

Social Media & Content Analytics:
- Analyze engagement metrics and performance of social media campaigns.
- Track the effectiveness of content marketing efforts, including blogs, videos, and email campaigns.
- Suggest content improvements based on audience behavior and trends.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Analyze customer journeys and website user experience (UX).
- Identify opportunities to enhance conversion rates through funnel optimization, landing page improvements, and UI/UX adjustments.

Market & Competitor Research:
- Conduct industry research to identify emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Benchmark performance against competitors and provide recommendations for strategic improvements.

Collaboration & Strategy Development:
- Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to execute data-driven strategies.
- Assist in developing digital marketing strategies based on insights and trends.
- Stay updated with digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in A/B testing, heat mapping, and user behavior analysis tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certification.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
